Own prequalification and bid compliance in the 2026
round: registration, documents, bid bonds, and deadlines.

After award, manage the licence: work programme
commitments, fees, and all NUPRC filings.
•
Own Nigerian Content compliance with NCDMB, including
any Nigerian Content commitments in the bid.
•
Set up and run the Host Community Development Trust
required under the PIA.
•
Lead community engagement and grievance management in
the host areas.
•
Draft and negotiate key agreements: bid consortium or
JOA terms, farm-out, EPC, and service contracts.
•
Act as Company Secretary and manage external counsel
and government relations.
