Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Prasinox Energia operations in Equatorial Guinea. The role supports manpower planning, talent acquisition, and local content compliance by sourcing, screening, and mobilizing qualified candidates across technical, operational, and corporate roles within the oil & gas sector.

The Recruiter will also support workforce coordination, client requirements, and regulatory expectations while ensuring recruitment activities align with company standards and local labor regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment for technical, offshore, onshore, and corporate roles
  • Prepare and publish job adverts through appropriate channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified local and expatriate candidates
  • Conduct CV screening and preliminary interviews
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients

Local Content & Compliance

  • Support local content requirements and workforce nationalization objectives
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in line with Equatorial Guinea labor regulations
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, training institutions, and manpower agencies as required
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and applicable labor laws

Mobilization & Documentation

  • Coordinate candidate documentation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding requirements
  • Support mobilization processes including medicals, certifications, and employment documentation
  • Maintain updated recruitment trackers and reports

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Project teams to understand manpower needs
  • Interface with clients regarding recruitment requirements and candidate submissions
  • Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting activities

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and manpower status updates
  • Maintain recruitment files, databases, and HR systems
  • Support general HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline


Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years recruitment experience, preferably in oil & gas or energy sector
  • Proven experience recruiting technical and operational roles
  • Experience working in Equatorial Guinea or Central/West Africa is an advantage


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Knowledge of oil & gas job roles and manpower requirements
  • Good understanding of recruitment compliance and documentation
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Language Requirements

  • English – Fluent
  • Spanish and/or French – Advantageous
