i) Perform day-to-day operational activities including monitoring, startup, operation and shutdown of production/process equipment including gas compression, production, water injection, and offloading systems.
ii) Serve as onboard mentor/coach for field operators.
iii) Conduct routine surveillance of vessels and equipment, optimize operations of compressors, pumps, and FPSO tanks and perform first-line troubleshooting and support isolation/de-isolation procedures.
iv) Conduct structured on-the-job training (OJT) and competency assessments.
v) Respond to alarms, resolve process deviations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements strengthening compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) system
vi) Maintain daily reports, system logs, and communicate equipment issues.
vii) Partner with maintenance teams to improve reliability of critical assets, providing operational input into preventive maintenance strategies and shutdown/turnaround planning.
