Responsible for reviewing and optimizing process and utility systems on the FPSO, including separators, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors. Ensures process safety, efficiency, and alignment with project design intent.
Responsibilities:
- Perform simulations and design calculations.
- Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.
- Evaluate separator and system capacities (HP, MP, LP).
- Support the troubleshooting process, issues, and optimization studies.
- Coordinate and participate in design review, Safety Study (HAZOP, HAZIP, SIL), and risk assessment workshops.
