Ensure valves are correctly reinstalled and properly aligned following repair, testing, or maintenance.
Identify non-conformities, defects, and deviations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, calibration records, checklists, and other quality documentation.
Review relevant repair, testing, calibration, and inspection documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality plans, procedures, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and client representatives during inspections and testing activities.
Maintain proper traceability of valves, components, inspection results, and repair activities.
Support the preparation of quality dossiers and final documentation for completed valve repair and maintenance works.
Report quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance and prevent recurrence.
