We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Lagos. This is a critical role at the forefront of our sales engine, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline for our Head of Growth.


As an SDR at Enabled Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping our engagement with potential clients. You will leverage your excellent communication skills and proactive approach to connect with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and introduce them to the transformative solutions we offer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain targeted employer lists for outreach initiatives.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings for the Head of Growth.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and accurately track all prospect interactions.
  • Provide essential support for pilot onboarding processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Proven ability to exhibit persistence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort and proficiency with conducting high-volume outreach activities.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
