You will define our ideal client profile, craft and execute a winning acquisition strategy, and manage a high-performing commercial team. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and architect a comprehensive employer acquisition strategy.
- Lead outbound sales initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and conduct pricing experiments to optimize revenue.
- Successfully close pilot programs and drive their conversion into long-term, paying customer relationships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing commercial team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Partnerships Managers, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and implement effective pipeline management processes.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to continuously enhance the employer experience and platform features.
- Actively represent EnabledJobs at key industry events, conferences, and HR forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
