    • Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver curriculum-based lessons in the assigned subject.
  • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, tests, and examination questions.
  • Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, cultural awareness, and effective communication.
  • Use appropriate teaching methods to accommodate different learning abilities.
  • Assess and monitor students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Supervise practical and creative activities where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assessments, and progress.
  • Support students preparing for internal and external examinations.
  • Participate in school events, departmental meetings, extracurricular activities, and cultural programmes.
  • Promote discipline, respect, good citizenship, and positive values among students.


    • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject, Education, Humanities, Religious Studies, Fine/Visual Arts, Music, or a related discipline.
  • B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. + PGDE is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and student-centred approach to teaching.
  • Candidates with experience in extracurricular, cultural, artistic, or examination preparation activities will have an advantage.
