- - Lead daily task allocation and coordinate technicians to ensure timely execution of assigned pump, seal, and workshop activities.
- - Support the implementation of weekly work plans, repair schedules, and operational priorities.
- - Supervise pump, mechanical seal, and machine shop repair activities, and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
- - Perform and guide technicians in dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of pumps and mechanical seals.
- - Verify repair quality, equipment condition, measurements, and technical documentation before job completion.
- - Provide technical guidance on pump and seal assembly, testing, troubleshooting, balancing, and precision measurement techniques.
- - Support equipment failure investigations, condition monitoring, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- - Ensure accurate and timely updates of JDE-E1/CMMS work orders, equipment history, job status, and maintenance records.
- - Follow up on required materials, spares, and tools and support accurate inventory and material records.
- - Coordinate lifting and material-handling activities in accordance with approved procedures and ensure proper interface with forklifts, cranes, and lifting equipment where authorized/certified.
- - Promote proper use and care of workshop tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
- - Support workforce development by coaching technicians and identifying technical training needs.
- - Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, Permit-to-Work (PTW), JSA, risk assessments, and safe workshop practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in pump, mechanical seal, and rotating equipment repair and maintenance.
- Demonstrated competence in pump and seal assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and overhaul.
- Practical knowledge of precision measurement, shaft alignment, balancing, and mechanical inspection techniques.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and providing on-the-job technical guidance.
- Working knowledge of JDE-E1, CMMS, or equivalent maintenance management systems.
- Experience with material follow-up, inventory control, and technical documentation.
- Competence in lifting and material-handling activities, including forklift/crane interfaces where appropriately certified.
- Good understanding of OEM procedures, quality requirements, HSE standards, PTW, and JSA.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Maintenance Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
