- Lead and support critical maintenance activities, equipment overhauls, shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution.
- Drive equipment reliability improvement through Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies.
- Mentor, coach, and develop technicians through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and competency development programs.
- Promote best maintenance practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, engineering specifications, and technical datasheets to support maintenance planning and execution.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of rotating equipment and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze vibration, lubrication, and condition monitoring data to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and applicable industry standards.
- Provide clear technical guidance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and accurately report maintenance activities.
