- - Provide technical leadership for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, commissioning, and reliability improvement of rotating equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of rotating equipment, with over 10 years of EGTL Plant Rotating Equipment experience considered in lieu of certification.
- Proven experience in heavy industrial environments, including Oil & Gas production and processing facilities (onshore/offshore), refineries, petrochemical, chemical processing, and Gas to Liquid (GTL) plants.
- Extensive field exposure to maintenance execution, shutdowns/turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
- Expert-level knowledge of centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating compressors; steam and gas turbines; pumps; gearboxes; and fans/blowers.
- Strong proficiency in equipment alignment, precision maintenance, vibration analysis, lubrication systems, and mechanical seals.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Solid understanding of reliability principles (RCFA, FMEA, RCM) and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or leading technicians in a worksite setting, including developing and delivering on-the-job training (OJT).
- Strong commitment to HSE standards, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, LOTO procedures, and hazard identification.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and capability to perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
