We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our employers derive maximum value from our platform, fostering long-term engagement, and driving continued success through strategic account management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly onboard new employers, guiding them through platform features and best practices.
  • Proactively manage active job postings, ensuring timely candidate submissions and optimal engagement.
  • Actively solicit and analyze employer feedback to continuously enhance the overall user experience.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for renewals and upsells, expanding employer partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with product and operations teams to champion employer needs and drive platform improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience within the HR tech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decisions and measure success.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and exceeding retention targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms.
  • A keen understanding of employer hiring processes and challenges.
