Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain acquisition dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Track and analyze employer and candidate funnels to optimize recruitment processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pilot program performance to identify areas for improvement and success factors.
- Support the creation of compelling pitch decks and maintain data rooms for fundraising and client presentations.
- Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic planning and operational adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver insightful findings.
