- - Perform and oversee the repair and maintenance of fixed equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fired heaters, furnaces, reactors, vessels, columns, manual valves, control valves, oxygen service equipment, steam traps, heat tracing systems, and other related equipment.
- - Provide hands-on field guidance during critical maintenance activities, major repairs, equipment overhauls, start-up, and commissioning activities.
- - Ensure right-first-time execution of maintenance activities and compliance with approved maintenance procedures and standards.

- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in industrial fixed equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, heaters, furnaces, columns, and manual/control valves.
- Demonstrated hands-on field guidance experience during critical maintenance, major repairs, overhauls, start-up, and commissioning.
- Proven ability to mentor technicians and planners on equipment fundamentals, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience in developing technically complete work packs, ensuring correct job sequencing, tooling, and accurate BOMs/spares selection.
- Possession of HND/BSc/MSc or equivalent, with certifications like ASME, API, or relevant trade certifications being advantageous.
- More than 10 years of EGTL Plant Fixed Equipment Experience may be considered in lieu of specific certifications.
- Knowledge of EGTL Specific safety orientation, Chevron safety standards, and Operational Excellence culture is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in the repair and maintenance of package and process boilers, fired heaters, reactors, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, oxygen service equipment, and steam traps/heat tracing.
- Proven involvement in at least five projects in a similar environment.
