- - Register and document all incoming mechanical seals on the same day of receipt.
- - Prepare and execute assigned activities in line with weekly work plans and daily priorities.
- - Prepare accurate daily progress reports and provide updates on ongoing repair activities.
- - Dismantle, clean, inspect, repair, assemble, and pressure-test mechanical seals in accordance with approved procedures.
- - Inspect seal components for wear, damage, defects, and suitability for reuse or replacement.
- - Operate workshop tools, machinery, and cutting equipment safely and correctly.
- - Conduct pressure testing in accordance with approved procedures and applicable requirements.
- - Maintain accurate repair records, inspection reports, test results, and component traceability.
- - Generate and submit MRTS reports within 24 hours of completing applicable activities.
- - Coordinate with the Warehouse team for material classification, identification, and transfer.
- - Verify availability of required spare parts, materials, and components before commencing repair activities.
- - Ensure proper identification and traceability of seal components throughout the repair process.
- - Maintain high standards of workshop housekeeping, tool control, and shop discipline.
- - Report defective, damaged, or non-conforming components to the appropriate supervisor.
- - Participate in technical, quality, and HSE training and apply learned practices in daily activities.
- - Comply with all applicable HSE procedures, risk assessments, JSA, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
- - Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving seal repair quality, turnaround time, and workshop efficiency.

- - Strong attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, and documentation accuracy.
