- - Coordinate and optimize PM and PdM programs for valve assets across onshore and offshore facilities.
- - Serve as the primary FIRM Consultant, ensuring valve maintenance activities align with FIRM standards, workflows, processes, and deliverables.
- - Lead periodic reviews and updates of PM/PdM task lists, frequencies, routes, and procedures based on RCM studies, equipment performance, and reliability data.
- - Coordinate planned and ad-hoc Equipment Criticality Assessments (ECA) for valve assets.
- - Facilitate and coordinate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies for valve systems and ensure recommendations are properly documented and implemented.
- - Interface with Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Planners, Operations, and Maintenance teams to integrate FIRM deliverables into routine work processes.
- - Monitor and report FIRM compliance metrics, including PM schedule adherence, work-order completion, overdue maintenance, and backlog performance.
- - Support the deployment and implementation of new FIRM tools, processes, digital solutions, and reliability initiatives.
- - Maintain the integrity of the System of Record (SoR) for valve assets, including equipment hierarchy, PM routes, task lists, maintenance history, and related asset information.
- - Provide stewardship of the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process for valve-related failures and incidents, ensuring timely investigations and follow-up of corrective actions.
- - Work closely with reliability resources to assess PM/PdM effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- - Develop and deliver FIRM, PM/PdM, and proactive maintenance awareness training to maintenance and operations personnel.
- - Prepare periodic FIRM compliance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- - Champion a proactive maintenance culture and drive initiatives that improve asset reliability, availability, maintenance effectiveness, and cost performance.
- - Ensure valve maintenance strategies remain aligned with applicable API, ASME, NBIC, company, and FIRM requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Reliability, Industrial, Maintenance Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, RCM, or FIRM implementation within the Oil & Gas industry.
- - In-depth knowledge of FIRM standards, PM/PdM optimization, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology.
- - Strong knowledge of Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA) and risk-based maintenance strategies.
- - Proficiency in JDE Enterprise 1 (JDE-E1) CMMS, including PM module configuration, work-order management, and maintenance data management.
- - Knowledge of valve maintenance requirements and applicable API, ASME, and NBIC standards.
- - Experience in RCFA, maintenance strategy development, PM optimization, and reliability improvement.
- - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- - Ability to effectively engage Reliability, Maintenance, Planning, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders
