Enabled Solutions is a premier provider of business and technology consulting services, partnering with blue-chip organizations across the private and public sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Content Lead to join our Lagos office and elevate our employer brand.


This pivotal role is instrumental in building trust and credibility with potential and existing employers through compelling content, impactful storytelling, and strategic brand positioning. You will be at the forefront of shaping our narrative and driving engagement within the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Produce high-quality case studies, whitepapers, and employer-focused content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters to nurture leads and engage stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and promote webinars and events, ensuring successful execution and maximum attendance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling collateral that supports business development efforts.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize engagement.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight Enabled Solutions' expertise and value proposition.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective content strategies.
  • Proficiency in copywriting for various marketing channels, including digital and print.
  • Experience in brand positioning and articulating a clear brand message.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
