TAG Energy is an integrated service company offering a comprehensive range of oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.
1.Â Â Â Initiate and engage in outbound sales activities to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2.Â Â Â Â Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information about products or services.
3.Â Â Â Identify customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet their requirements.
4.Â Â Â Â Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
5.Â Â Â Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing ongoing support.
6.Â Â Â Â Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and forecast future sales.
7.Â Â Â Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
8.Â Â Â Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
9.Â Â Â Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
10.Â Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular updates to sales management.

1.Â Â Â Â Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
2.Â Â Â Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
3.Â Â Â Â Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence customers and close sales deals.
4.Â Â Â Â Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
5.Â Â Â Â Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
6.Â Â Â Â Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
7.Â Â Â Â Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
8.Â Â Â Â Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
