Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
2. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to enhance the company's competitive position
3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to maximize sales performance.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
7. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or management-related courses.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the oil and gas industry, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or FMCG
Track record of success in sales.
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
Proficiency in supplier management software
Up to date with the latest category management principles.
Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity.
Possess great negotiation and interpersonal skills.
