Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on offshore cranes and lifting equipment.
Ensure all crane operations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Support operational efficiency by maintaining crane availability and reliability.
Develop technical knowledge through continuous training and on-the-job learning.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on offshore cranes.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on cranes.
Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new crane systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
Ensure compliance with all HSE and operational procedures.
Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks.
Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors on repair projects.
Report defects, malfunctions, and required repairs to the supervisor.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for crane operations.
Support inventory management by identifying required spare parts.

General Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum of 3 years experience in crane maintenance and repair
Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical crane systems
Basic knowledge of offshore operations and safety protocols
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
