Responsibilities

  • We seek an Experienced Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a sales strategy for company products by implementing sales plans and the supervision of the sales staff.
  • The responsibilities of the role will include researching and generating new opportunities, establishing deal terms, and selling technology via a consultative approach.

Key Deliverables

  • Identifying and segmenting customers according to demographics and psychographics.
  • Through design thinking, innovate creative solutions that addresses unique customer segments with a personalized luxury experience.
  • Implement vertical positioning of our brand across all customer segments with the goal of being the preferred customer brand.
  • Conduct regular competitor product, pricing and customer experience surveys to benchmark competitive advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape with a strategic objective of dominating market share in every customer segment we compete.
  • Thorough analysis and understanding of business enablers and challenges (SWOT).
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or any Sales related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ commercial expertise gained across Consumer Marketing and/or Sales Management.
  • Strong track record in sales at a management level, with experience in at least two areas of sales particularly critical is previous experience of field sales or other customer interfacing roles.
  • Strong Leadership skills and communication skills, written and Verbal.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communications (including written and oral presentation skills) and leadership skills.
  • CTS Certification.
