Responsibilities

  • Sales Associates follow customers throughout the sale process. They foster a successful relationship endearing the customer to the organization, handle any enquiries produced by clients, investigate the issue and provide necessary feedback.
  • The Associate must work hard to network and negotiate with potential clients about their orders, generating revenue for the company.
  • Sales Associate must process customer orders in timely manner, ensuring the clients approval.
  • They also work closely with the technical and account team.
  • Update information on the systems. They work as part of the team and stand in for other consultants.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences and events
  • Handle clients in a professional manner
  • Deal with customer issues
  • Process customer orders, give reports and update on all Sales activities.
  • Keep up to date with product developments
  • Call clientele
  • Devise new sales or marketing strategies
  • Work with other departments.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 3-5 year(s)

General Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline.
  • Must have 3 - 4 Years of experience as a Sales Associate/ Executive from a reputable ICT/ Telecommunication firm
  • Professional Qualification is an added advantage

Essential Skills:

  • Making Sales and generating Revenue is Key to the role - candidates
  • Must have the ability to make sales
  • Must be a FEMALE with good knowledge of ICT industry & Internet services such as VSAT platform and Fibre Based services
  • Excellent communication skills - Must be able to thoroughly explain the terms of sales and all the company’s relevant policies
  • Able to work on his/her initiative to generate leads, such as making cold calls and follow up on customers’ enquiries from company’s marketing efforts.
  • Must be able to close deals- the goal of appointments with potential customers is to leave the meeting with closed deals.
  • Must be able to think “outside the box” and a self-starter.
