General Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience with track records in successful EPCI deliverables in the following areas:
- Engineering design experience.
- Commercial and Technical expertise.
- Administrative experience.
- Experience with EPC operations with focus on Pipeline and Gas facilities.
- Project management and Supervision.
- Analysis and compilation of project/corporate management reports.
- Supervise tendering and Tender Appraisal.
- Execute technical and commercial capabilities in the EPCI spectrum to ensure PESL positions for industry opportunities.
- Good grasp of Health, Safety and Environment procedures.
- Participate in design review, hazops, hazid's QRA as required.
- Wide industry contacts –IOC’s,EPCI companies and Regulators.
