Responsibilities
- Plan and Implement production of Carbonated and Milk Product.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and make a recommendation for variances.
- Ensure production practices conform with GMP, HACCP and other requirements of food safety standards.
- Manage production costs.
- Ensure the production process always leads to optimum yield.
- Reduce material waste to the barest minimum.
- Comply with HSE standards within the plant.
- Familiarity with production equipment and machine.
- Carry out physical quality checks on the line.
- Oversee repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.

General Requirements
- HND/BSc degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline.
- 5+years experience in the Food Manufacturing Company.
- Experience in Carbonated and Milk production will be added advantage.
- Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man-management experience.
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret results.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
