Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a dedicated, well-grounded and passionate individual who has a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new businesses.
Research Organizations to find new business opportunities and possess a good understanding of their products/services.Act as the subject matter expert of all Company products and services.Liaise with OEMs and customers to organize meetings, presentations and training.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Set achievable goals for the business development team and ensuring the goals are met.Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.Prepare business proposal and strategies.Following industry trends both locally and internationally.

General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the oil and gas industryProven sales track record.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent negotiation skills.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
