Responsibilities
1.Contracts with farmers or independent owners for raising of crops or for management of crop production.
2. Draw up planting and harvesting schedules
3. Inspects equipment to ensure proper functioning.
4. Purchases machinery, equipment, and supplies, such as tractors, seed, fertilizer, and chemicals.
5.plan activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them
