Responsibilities

  •  Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor communication and purchase order tracking.
  • Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of operational projects.
  • Support logistics by monitoring deliveries, shipments, and inventory management.
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business operations.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 1-3 year(s)

General Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or a Science-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
