Responsibilities
- Research Organizations to find new business opportunities and possess a good understanding of their products/services.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all Company products and services.
- Liaise with OEMs and customers to organize meetings, presentations, and training.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Set achievable goals for the business development team and ensure the goals are met.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Prepare business proposals and strategies.
- Following industry trends both locally and internationally.
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
- Must be an Angolan citizen
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Portuguese)
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
