Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities of the school to support teaching, learning, and student development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date school records, including attendance, staff files, student enrollment, and performance reports.
- Supervise non-teaching staff and ensure effective delivery of administrative and operational support services.
- Assist in planning and implementing school policies, procedures, and academic calendars.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and logistics for meetings, trainings, and school events.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of teaching and administrative staff.
- Monitor and manage the school’s financial and material resources in line with approved budgets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of reports, communications, and compliance-related materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between teachers, parents, and school management.
- Oversee maintenance of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Support the Head Teacher/Principal in coordinating external relations, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative operations, staff performance, and school development activities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the school community.

General Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in school administration or an educational management role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of school operations, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with educational policies and best practices in school administration.
