Responsibilities
The SCM Advisor will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across Supply Chain activities in Escravos. The role requires a strong understanding of process improvement practices, technology adoption, and innovation. The Advisor will support the implementation and optimization of SCM systems and technologies, ensure data integrity, and lead specialized projects within Warehouse & Materials Management, Facility Management, Aviation, and Marine operations.
Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across end-to-end SCM functions Drive adoption and integration of innovative technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and cost performance. Support change management and capability building in new tools, systems, and digital solutions.
Technology Support & Data Integrity Provide functional support for existing SCM technologies and platforms, ensuring effective utilization. Champion data integrity, governance, and accuracy across Warehouse, Marine, Aviation, and Facility systems. Generate insights and analytics from SCM data to enable informed decision-making.
Specialized Projects & Operational Support Lead and support specialized projects in areas such as inventory optimization, warehouse automation, and logistics efficiency. Provide advisory support to operations teams in Marine, Aviation, Warehouse & Materials, and Facilities Management. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of SCM practices with business needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Build collaborative relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance and service quality.

General Requirements
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred). Minimum 8–10 years of relevant SCM experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or large-scale industrial operations. Proven track record in process improvement, technology implementation, and change management. Strong knowledge of Warehouse & Materials Management, Aviation, Marine, and Facility Management operations. Demonstrated ability to manage specialized projects and deliver measurable outcomes. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
