Responsibilities

Our client, a leading fashion boutique requires the services of experienced and qualified Customer Service Personnel.

Job Description

  • Take-in orders via telephone and email.
  • Maintain and resolve issues via telephone.
  • Follow-up on delivery.
  • Respond to all customer inquires.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.

    General Requirements

    • HND/BSC degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or other related field.
    • Candidates must be fashion savvy and experience in a retail clothing store would be an added advantage.
    • Strong written skills and a friendly phone mannerisms.
    • Organized with great attention to detail.
    • Good knowledge of customer loyalty management.
    • Strong organizational skills, process driven and ability to multi-task.
    • Time Management Skills.
