Responsibilities

A leading and innovative IT solutions provider urgently seek to enagage the services of an experienced and motivated Software Tester. This is a position for a bright and motivated individual seeking for growth and advancement in a fast growing company based in Victoria Island Lekki Axis of Lagos. The job responsibilities are as follows:

Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects.

Working with software developers and project support teams.

Identifying business requirements.

Handling project planning, stress and performance testing.

Monitoring applications and software systems.

Handles functional and scalability testing.

Writing and executing test scripts.

Running manual and automated tests.

Testing in different environments including web and mobile.

Writing of bug reports.

Liaising with project teams in other parts of the world.

Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 1-3 year(s)

General Requirements

• First degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in software development/programming.
• Experience of software testing by the application of automated test tools.
• Experience of .Net development environment, C#.Net.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Analytical and Problem Solving.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Independent/Team Player.
• Fast learner.
