Responsibilities
A Lagos based leading fashion industry is urgently seeking for self motivated and experienced Team Lead Retail Executive to carry out the following responsibilities: The candidate for this role is expected to be able to:
- Play a key role in communicating the Boutique's product to new and existing customers and developing markets for new products.
- Ensure that full payments are received for all products sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
- Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership and overall guidance and direction to team members in the execution of cash management sales activities.

General Requirements
- B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences, Marketing, Sales or related disciplines.
- Candidates with retail store experience would be added advantage.
- Candidates must be fashion savvy and experience in a retail clothing store would be an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent knowledge of cash management.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
