Responsibilities

A boutique consulting and coaching practice is looking to hire a Senior Consultant who would play a critical role in the firm.

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as a Facilitator and Business consultant engaging identified business and HR leaders, deploying these cutting edge learning solutions and deriving high level ROI across organizations.
  • Provide hands on HR consulting to clients across industries.
  • Supervise HR operations & strategy related responsibilities within the firm.
  • Provide high level and timely professions advice to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business partnering.
  • Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed client deliverables.
  • Lead, develop and motivate assigned OutsideIn HR team members.
  • Develop human resources solutions internally and externally (for clients) by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
  • Improve employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching employees.
  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for leading the team to source talent channels for Recruitment briefs.
  • Act in the capacity of a Career Advisor.

    General Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree from a reputable higher institution.
    • Technical knowledge of HR
    • Added Advantage: Membership of CIPMN and/or SHRM/CIPD

    Person Specifications:

    • We require someone with drive, passion, grit and who brings initiative to every task irrespective of years of experience.
    • Good spoken and written English skills.
    • Great personality- enthusiastic team player (capable of coaching and developing staff)
    • Proactive and goal oriented, strong communication & people skills, a confident and positive attitude (can-do-attitude).
    • Smart, fast learner, has the ability to work under pressure and meet targets, creative, good team-player, business development/client facing/management skills.

    Experience:

    • Typical Senior consultant experience is between 5-10 years depending on industries and organizations they've worked in the past.
