Responsibilities
- Assessing care requirements/writing care plans.
- Carrying out screening tests.
- Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to Patients.
- Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
- Writing records.
- Tutoring Support Workers.
