Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable Admin Personnel with Accounting Background experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. She will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • The Admin Personnel ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking minutes
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff
  • Manage office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external or internal communication
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 3-5 year(s)

General Requirements

  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Accounting Skill.
  • 5 years of prior experience as Admin Officer.

  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND is required.
