Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets.
- Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments.
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.

General Requirements
- Great educational background in any social science courses.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field.
