Responsibilities
Prasinox Energia seeks a Recruiter in Luanda, Angola
- Perform A-Z of recruiting functions, including posting jobs, screening applicants, setting up and conducting interviews.
- Use various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, and job fairs to attract suitable candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates before hiring.
- Maintain clear, respectful, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with department heads and HR leadership to determine current and future staffing requirements.
- Adhere to legal and organizational recruitment policies and procedures.
- Build and nurture a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Establish and maintain recruiting links with outside vendors and agencies.

General Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field(s) and/or 1-3 years in recruiting or HR role is required.
- Must be an Angolan citizen
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Portuguese)
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding all company and employee information.
- Candidate possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR and Recruiting.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and able to source for candidates through various means including via the internet, telephone, agencies, and other available channels.
