Responsibilities
TAG Energy seeks a HR Generalist/Recruiter in its Lekki/Lagos office.
- Provide day to day operational support to the HR department including on personnel matters, recruitment, and HR contract administration.
- Perform A-Z of recruiting functions including posting jobs, screening applicants, setting up and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Establish and maintain recruiting links with outside vendors and agencies.
- Support the HR Department in disseminating human resource policies and procedures.
- Work alongside departmental leads to identify and implement employee training needs.
- Provide other clerical, organizational, and administrative support as needed.

General Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field(s) and/or 1-3 years in recruiting or HR role is required.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding all company and employee information.
- Candidate possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR and Recruiting.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and able to source for candidates through various means including via the internet, telephone, agencies, and other available channels.
